Lecture about Sustainable Performance Making at Ultima Festival the 24.4

I'm so honoured to be one of the lecturers at Ultima Oslo Contemporary Music Festival digital sessions about Sustainable Composing & Creative Sound Practices!

In my session Thursday 24th at 12.00 I will talk about Sustainability as an Artistic Method in Performance-making, with focus on some of my work where music and scenography are closely intertwined. How can sustainability drive the creative process in new directions?

The projects I will present include collaborations with some brilliant colleagues, amongst them Sustain, Tabula Rasa, Bodil Rørtveit, Ingrid Askvik, Vibeke Flesland Havre, Jørn Lavoll, Thorolf Thuestad, Else Storesund, Hjørdis M. Steinsvik, Syv mil, and more. And I will of course talk about my big inspiration Tanja Beer, her groundbreaking concept of EcoScenography, and how this has impacted my work as a scenographer.
